| things i've done on thanksgiving break:
*slept *ate [now that we've gotten those out of the way ...] *painted slate 'welcome' tiles in mom and robbie's shop *delivered flowers for mom and robbie's shop *left my purse at mcdonald's. went back to retrieve purse and was relieved to find it still sitting on our table. *baked (mmm, apple turnovers) *grocery shopped (before baking, actually) *organized school papers (who knew that seventy pages of biology notes could get so messy?) *finished: Resume Grad school personal statement Grad school applications *worked ... 20+ hours in two days? i don't remember. *read for fun [e.m. - i'm in love with the book you sent. i know exactly to whom i'll pass it on when i'm done! you make the world a better place through books, did you know that?] *enjoyed the first family thanksgiving all together in ten years *watched 'elf' with the family *looked for post-graduate jobs. became depressed and overwhelmed. *worked on my 'things i want to do in nyc in a few months' list (i'm completely determined to hit up the city for a few days after graduation next summer. any takers?) *cleaned my closet and room! who knew i had it in me? *updated my OS to Leopard. explored the beauty of my first upgrade in four years : ) good little computer is still running strong! organized virtual self.
i think i've done more, but i can't remember. i thought this would be an alternative to figuring out what else to post here. enjoy : ) |
